On Saturday 11th January 2020, Hindu Council Of Kenya, Kisumu branch hosted it annual cultural night. This time it only got bigger and better. The occasion was graced by numerous dignitaries like Indian High Commission Mr. Rahul Chhabra, governor of Kisumu Prof. Anyango Nyongo and HCK national chairman Mr. Kamal Gupta. Dr. Hasu Dawda was the guest of honour for the occasion. This event drew enthusiastic participation from various communities from Kisumu who put up a nail biting show. On Sunday, 3rd August 2019 the seniors welfare and ladies wing of Hindu council of Kenya kisumu branch organised a karaoke night called “Sunheri Shaam”. It was a perfect evening for all the singing and music enthusiasts in Kisumu. The event was hosted at Cosmopolitana club and was well attended by over 100 people. The convenors for the event were Mrs. Shobhna Shah, Mrs. Shila Chauhan and Mrs. Suji Derodra with their team. Hindu Council of Kenya has started a Matrimonial Program and would request all those single and looking please fill out your forms and pass them to Hindu Council through your institution representative or our office in a sealed envelope. The deadline for the first round of applicants is 31st May 2019. This process is open for members in Kenya and overseas. Members in Kisumu can contact Mrs Alka Vaghela on 0721 488 842.
